Product Focus Team
Call fax or email the team to find out the best product solution for your clients needs – full Experian search facilities and access to variety of mortgage products.
Broker Case Submission
Complete the full mortgage application and submit with valuation fee and supporting documents to Guardian Packaging.
New Business Team
Case acknowledged on day of receipt. Decision in Principle obtained from the lender if required. Case entered onto the mortgage system, thus enabling you to begin tracking. Allocated to underwriter and passed to underwriting team.
Underwriting Team
Underwriter checks application against lender criteria and issues shopping list of items required. If all looks well with case to proceed, valuation is instructed.
Case Progression Team
Working alongside case underwriter – chases outstanding items and survey and submits case to lender for offer. Chases lender to ensure offer received. Updates broker on progression of case.
Completion Team
Action post offer issues – including any outstanding conditions – chases lender and solicitor to ensure timely completion. Payment of procuration fee within 72 hours of completion. At all stages of the mortgage process you will be able to monitor your case on the case tracking system.
