A 70 / 30 split of the proc fee and broker fee combined in your favor, will be given.

Example Case

Broker receives 1.25% proc fee on a loan amount of £200,000.00. Your broker fee charge is £500.00. Total = £2500.00.

Most packagers take a 50 / 50 split of the proc fee which leaves you with £1250.00.

If you use Guardian as your packager you would receive £1750.00 of the proc fee!
